動作に問題がありますか？

サポートページ でほとんどの問題は解決できます。エラーレポート送信で開発チームが直接対応します。
あまり使っていない？
→ 解約後は Pro の上限解除（無制限スワイプ・間隔 0.5〜10秒・目標数 最大9,999）が無効になり、無料版の制限（1日30件・アプリごと／間隔 2.0〜5.0秒／スキップ率 最大30%／目標数 最大30）に戻ります。統計は無料版でも引き続きご利用いただけます。
それでも解約を希望される場合は、下のボタンからお手続きください。
サブスクの解約や支払い方法の変更は、Stripeの顧客ポータルから行えます。

解約後も、現在の課金期間の終了日までは Pro をご利用いただけます。期間終了後、拡張機能が次に契約状態を照会したタイミングで無料版に戻ります。7日間無料トライアル中にキャンセルすれば料金は発生しません。

Not using it enough?
→ After cancellation you go back to the free limits (30 profiles per day per app, 2.0-5.0s intervals, skip rate up to 30%, target count up to 30). Match analytics stay available on the free tier.
Still want to cancel? Use the button below.
You can cancel your subscription or update your payment method through the Stripe customer portal.
Manage Subscription / Cancel
After cancellation you keep Pro until the end of the current billing period. Once that period ends, the extension reverts to the free plan the next time it looks up your subscription status. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged.
